Install the app on your phone

Bueggio HR is an installable web app (PWA): you add it to your phone's home screen straight from the browser and it behaves like any app — its own icon, full screen, push notifications. No app store, and it keeps itself up to date. This matters because leave is booked from the sofa, not from a desk.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Safari, go to www.bueggiohr.eu and sign in. (On iOS the installation goes through Safari; Chrome for iOS works too, from its share menu.)
2. Tap the share button (the square with the arrow).
3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then confirm with Add.

Android

1. Open Chrome, go to www.bueggiohr.eu and sign in.
2. Tap Install when the app invites you — or use the ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen → Install.

Turn on push notifications

1. In the app, go to Profile → Notifications.
2. In the Push notifications card, tap Enable on this device and allow the permission your phone asks for.

What you'll receive: approvers get a notification for every new request (one tap lands on the decision); everyone gets the decision on their own requests the moment it's made. Enable it on as many devices as you like, and turn it off any time from the same button.

On iPhone, push notifications require the installed app (iOS 16.4 or later) — Safari alone won't deliver them. Install first, then enable.

Good to know

• Same account, same data — the app is the same platform as your computer; everything syncs instantly in both directions.
• Always current — no updates to download, ever.
• The bottom bar and the round book button make phone bookings a two-thumb job (booking guide).
• Notifications too noisy or too quiet? Every channel — email, push, Slack, digests — has its own toggle in Profile → Notifications.
