Pricing: one plan versus three slices
Leave Dates' pricing is genuinely fair: no minimum spend, and a Starter tier at £0.75 per user per month (billed yearly) that undercuts almost everyone, including us. The catch is what Starter leaves out: Google and Outlook calendar sync, Slack summaries, TOIL, overlap warnings and multi-person requests live in Essential (£1.50), while the API, webhooks, SSO, Zapier and unlimited custom allowances live in Plus (£1.88). Those are the yearly prices; on monthly billing the 25% discount disappears, so Essential and Plus land around £2 and £2.50.
Bueggio HR has one plan: €1.30 per user per month with every feature included (calendar sync, Slack and Teams approvals, API, webhooks, SSO), €1.105 with yearly billing. You never re-read a plan grid to learn which feature you bought.
