It's a single plan with everything included: the shared leave wall chart, mobile requests, approvals from email, Slack and Teams, deep country rules where leave is trickiest (Italy, France, Spain), reports with CSV export, and Google Calendar and Outlook sync. There are no setup fees, minimum seats, paid add-ons or locked features: you only pay for active users, and when someone leaves the company you simply stop paying for them. Pricing is public and the same for everyone: a 10-person team pays €13 a month, with no quotes and no sales calls.
How does the free 1-month trial work?
The free trial lasts one month and includes every feature of the plan, with no limitations: the shared wall chart, approvals, Slack and Teams integrations, calendar sync, reports and exports. We don't ask for a credit card at sign-up, so no automatic charge can ever happen: at the end of the month you decide whether to add billing details and continue, or do nothing: the account simply pauses and your data stays safe, ready to resume or export. Is Bueggio HR GDPR-compliant? Where is the data hosted?
Yes, Bueggio HR is built for GDPR compliance from the architecture up: all data is hosted exclusively in European Union data centres and never leaves the EU. We apply data minimisation: all we require is a name, an email address and the absences themselves; optional HR-record fields (like a phone number for the personnel file) exist only if your admins choose to fill them, and no birth dates are ever stored. We encrypt integration tokens at rest, and we sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) with every customer. From the built-in GDPR panel an admin can export the whole organisation's data, or a single employee's, as JSON, and one-click anonymising erasure is available, attachments included: medical certificates are treated as special-category data under GDPR Article 9.
